Qualifications:
All staff and contractors working for Quality Life HCS, LLC must complete five background checks as outlined in the HCS Rules before employment or contract can begin.
● Criminal Background check
● Drivers License check
● Employment References
● Employee Misconduct Registry
● Nurse Aid Registry
All staff complete 40 hours of initial training upon hire and 40 hours of on-going training throughout each year of employment
