About Quality Life HCS

Quality Life provides Home and Community-Based Services in Texas for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a philosophy of enhancing the quality of life which maximizes integration of all persons within the social and economic structure of their community. Quality Life’s goal is to maintain safe, stimulating environments that promote and achieve each person’s hopes, dreams and independence

Locations

Quality Life HCS’ service areas in Texas encompass the regions of Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Lufkin and Dallas serving 125 counties with office locations in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio our corporate offices are located in Houston.

Staff

Qualifications:
All staff and contractors working for Quality Life HCS, LLC must complete five background checks as outlined in the HCS Rules before employment or contract can begin.

● Drivers License check
● Employment References
● Employee Misconduct Registry
● Nurse Aid Registry

All staff complete 40 hours of initial training upon hire and 40 hours of on-going training throughout each year of employment
